Senior UI/UX Designer
Product Management
Job Responsibilities:
- Gather and evaluate design requirements in collaboration with product managers and
- engineers.
- Conduct user research and segmentation in collaboration with other domains.
- Iteratively create user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and mockups for new products.
- Regularly communicate with product and engineering teams, as well as business
- stakeholders to understand their business goals and objectives.
- Ensure the voice of the customer is present by creating and reaching new usability
- findings.
- Validate new ideas with your targeted customers/stakholders using focus groups/AB
- testing/One to ones.
- Performing validations post-launch to inform design/UX optimization effort.
- Be the defense line for the brand in the digital products, and maintain consistency in
- design by providing and adding to the design system and components library.
- Perform regular UATs on new frontend components and experiences.
Job Requirements:
- +3 years of experience as a UI/UX Designer or similar role.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Strong portfolio of design projects.
- Bachelor’s degree in relevant field.
- A Fin-tech background is a plus.
- Basic knowledge of HTML and CSS Frontend is a plus.
- Ability to discuss and explain design options.
- Detail-oriented & Critical thinker & Problem solver.
- Strong knowledge of design software (eg. Adobe XD, photoshop, illustrator, or similar).
