What is kashier?

Kashier is an all-in-one payments acceptance and business management platform. It allows merchants to accept all types of payments (Mastercard/Visa credit, debit cards and prepaid cards, and local Meeza cards) through all channels (online & in-store).
Kashier also provides merchants with a financial dashboard to facilitate managing their online payments through different tools such as: (invoices, payment pages, payment requests, users and business profile management…)

Can I just try out Kashier?

What are the requirements for me to use Kashier?

You can create your free account through this link.
The required legal documents needed to activate your account are:

  • Commercial ID
  • Tax ID
  • National ID

How long does it take for my account to go live?

Once you’ve submitted all your documents, it takes 48 working hours toreview and validate them, then your account will be activated upon approval.

Do I need to have a website to accept payments through Kashier?

Not at all. You can accept payments through your dashboard directly by sending payment requests to your customers through email, SMS or even social media. If you do have a website, you can easily integrate it with the below integration methods:

What are payment links?

This feature enables you to create different types of links (Invoices, payment requests, and payment pages) through your account that can be easily sent to your customers through social media, email, or SMS. Once your customer clicks on the link they are automatically directed to Kashier’s secure payment page.

Are installment services available?

We can activate the installment service for your business with the biggest national & international banks such as National Bank of Egypt, Emirates NBD, AUDI bank and Attijariwafa Bank. Other banks will be available soon.

How can I start accepting payments?

You can start by simply signing up for free here! After you provide your business information and sign our contract; you can start accepting payments right away through your dashboard, or directly through your website once your integration is completed with Kashier.

How and when do I get paid?

All payments are transferred automatically to your bank account, or your mobile wallet after 3 working days from the transaction date.

Can I accept international payments?

Yes. Kashier accepts online payments from Visa & Mastercard international cards

What currencies does Kashier support?

Kashier supports payments in EGP, USD, EURO and GBP.

Does Kashier support international businesses?

Currently, Kashier supports businesses located in Egypt only.

What payment methods are available on Kashier?

Currently Kashier supports online card payments. E-wallets and other payment methods will be available very soon.

Can I refund my customers?

Yes. You can perform a full or a partial refund through Kashier. Generally, refunds can take from 2 to 14 working days and up to 60 days if the payment was through a virtual card, as per the card issuer policy.

How much does it cost to use Kashier?

It depends on the size of the business and volume of transactions.
Our declared fees are: 2.85% + EGP 3 per successful transaction and there are no any additional monthly or annual fees.

Are payments with Kashier secure?

Yes. Kashier is Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI DSS) Service Provider Level 2 compliant, the highest level of compliance possible for a payments business, which means that your customers payment information is always secure.
