Kashier is a payment solutions and business management platform. It allows merchants to accept all types of payments (credit/debit cards, mobile money, mobile wallets, etc.), through all channels (online, in-store, on-delivery). The platform provides the tools to manage the payment aspects of business, such as invoicing and recurring billing, in addition to customer profile management, inventory management, etc.

Can I just try out Kashier?
You can give it a try by signing up for free here.
How long does it take for my account to go live?
Once you’ve submitted all your documents, it takes up to one week to review and validate your business details. After that, you’ll be up and running.
What do you require from me to use Kashier?
You will need to upload your tax ID, Commercial ID, and National ID. If you are not a registered business yet, click here.
Do I need to have an account with a specific bank?
Yes, you need to open a corporate account with QNB, our partner.
Do I need to have a website to accept payments through Kashier?
Not at all. You can accept payments directly through your dashboard by sending payment requests to your customers through email, SMS or even social media. If you do have a website, you can easily integrate it with Kashier and accept payments that way as well.

What are subscription payments?
This is a great feature that enables you to receive recurring payments automatically from your customers’ accounts. All subscription payment plans are fully customizable and your customers only need to add their card details just once.
What are payment requests?
This feature enables you to create invoices through your dashboard by generating a payment link that you can easily send to your customers through social media, email, or SMS. Once your customer clicks on the link they will be automatically directed to Kashier’s secure payment page

How can I start accepting payments?
Simply create a free account here! After you provide your business information and sign our contract; you can start accepting payments right away through your smart dashboard, or directly through your website once your integration is complete.
How do I get paid?
All payments are transferred instantly to your bank account. Please note that some transactions may take up to 2 working days to reflect.
Can I accept international payments?
Yes. Kashier supports payments via international cards.
What currencies does Kashier support?
Kashier only supports payments in EGP, USD, GDB and EUR.
What countries does Kashier support?
Kashier currently supports businesses located in Egypt only.
What payment methods are available on Kashier?
Currently, Kashier supports card payments only. Other payment methods will be available very soon.
Can I refund my customers?
Yes. You can perform a full or a partial refund through Kashier. Generally, refunds can take 5-10 working days, up to 60 days if the payment was processed via virtual card, depending on the bank.
