Full stack - Product Integration Specialist

Job Responsibilities:

  • Maintain plugins using available APIs.
  • Reproduce reported issues and troubleshoot them.
  • Maintain integration documents and guides.
  • Report, track/follow up and escalate recurring issues.
  • Work with the development team for quick and efficient resolution of issues.
  • Coordinate with merchants to provide appropriate feedback on issues.
  • Integrate available payment solutions in the merchant's environment.
  • Perform a necessary test on merchant websites or plugins to ensure the proper functioning.
  • Monitors, plans, and assigns shifts and helps the Integration Support Engineers in multiple locations.
  • Performs any other duties as assigned by the line manager.

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or equivalent study.
  • 1-2 years of hands-on experience.
  • Software Development experience - Full Stack developer.
  • Understanding of web-based applications and technologies.
  • Good knowledge of e-commerce platforms Magento, Open Cart, WooCommerce, etc.
  • Proficient in using issue tracking tools like Jira, Redmine, etc.
  • Proficient in using version control systems like Git, SVN, etc.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Prior experience working in distributed teams, period of time.
  • Strong organizational skills to be able to keep up with various customer needs and conduct follow-ups in a timely manner.
