Some actions carry too much risk for a single person to complete alone. Maker & Checker lets one authorized user initiate a change and requires a second to approve it before it takes effect. Use it to protect the operations that move money or alter trust—creating and approving payouts, uploading a payout batch, adding or editing a beneficiary, changing settlement configuration, or updating sensitive users and permissions. Each step is attributed to the user who performed it, so finance and audit can see who did what and when. Where configurable, approvals can be scoped by action and by user role.
